Jake Green
Originally from Manchester, Jake now lives in Elgin, Scotland with his wife Demi and their two children, Arthur and Ada. He began his career as a commercial photographer, working across a wide range of photographic and video disciplines. In 2020, Jake joined the Royal Air Force as a Photographer, where he spent five years delivering imagery in demanding environments — from VIP engagements and technical documentation to large-scale international military exercises and highly produced video projects.
Bill Spurr
Originally from the Isle of Wight, Bill lives in Helensburgh with his partner Liz and their dog, Buffer. After studying music straight out of school, he went on to pursue his long-held ambition of joining the Royal Navy. He initially served as a Warfare Specialist for four years before transferring into the Royal Navy Photographic branch. Based in Scotland, Bill has since deployed worldwide, producing imagery and video across a broad range of operations on land and at sea.
Jake and Bill’s partnership began in the classroom, training side by side in Photography and Videography at the Defence School of Photography at RAF Cosford. What started as shared long days behind the camera quickly became a lasting professional friendship built on trust, high standards, and a shared approach to the craft. In 2025, that partnership extended beyond the military when Jake founded The Bear & Wolf Co., with Bill later joining as Co-Founder. Today, with over a decade of combined professional media experience, they bring that same considered, disciplined approach to working with small and medium-sized businesses. Creating high-quality stills and video content that help brands tell their story with clarity and confidence.
